User data is stored in Germany and the US and will not be used for AI training purposes. We adhere to data protection laws applicable in these regions.

Users are fully responsible for the content they create using contea.ai and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Each account is limited to creating posts for one individual only and is subject to a usual number of posts to prevent spam or misuse. Users are prohibited from inputting company-critical or personal data into contea.ai.
7. Limitation of Liability
contea.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of contea.ai.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless contea.ai from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms.

We strive to offer reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
